Male one: I told you once *quiet calm tone*

*audience little laugh*

Male two: No you haven’t

Male one: Yes I have

Male two: when?

Male one: Just now

Male two: No you didn’t

Male one: Yes I did

Male two: Didn’t

Male one: Did

Male two: Didn’t

Male one: I’m telling you I did

*Male two interrupts before “did”*

Male two: You did not *rising pitch/volume*

Male one: Oh sorry is this a five minute argument or the full half hour?

Male two: Oh *high pitch/volume* Oh, just the five minute one *normal voice*

Male one: Fineee *rising *

*object slam (door shut?)*

Male two: acuurr *clearing throat*

Male one: Thank you

*moves chair to sit on*

Male one: Anyway I did

Male two: You most certainly did not

Male one: Now let’s get one thing quite clear. I most definitely told you.

Male two: You did not

Male one: Yes I did

Male two: You did not

Male one: Yes I did
